UniWise brings together admissions strategy leads, application consultants, subject specialists, admissions test tutors and interview coaches from Oxford, Cambridge, Ivy League and other leading universities, with deep expertise in their specialist areas.
Students are matched with advisers according to their target universities, intended courses and individual application needs. This allows each part of the admissions process to be supported by someone with relevant experience, while a Strategy Lead keeps the overall application coherent and on track.
Our team works with students in Singapore, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and internationally across UK and US university applications, including highly selective programmes at Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, LSE, UCL, Ivy League universities and other leading institutions.

How Your UniWise Team Works
A strong university application can involve very different forms of preparation: strategic university and course selection, academic development, written applications, admissions tests and interviews. UniWise therefore uses a team-based model designed around the requirements of each student.

Your Strategy Lead oversees your overall application journey. They help establish your university and course strategy based on UniWise admissions statistics and industry insights, identify priorities, build a preparation timeline and coordinate the specialists supporting different parts of your application.
They remain responsible for keeping the different elements of your application aligned, so that your academic positioning, written materials, admissions test preparation and interview strategy form one coherent application.

Where targeted preparation is required, students are matched with consultants and tutors according to their target course, university and stage of preparation.
This may include subject specialists, personal statement or essay consultants, admissions test tutors and university interview consultants. For highly specialised applications such as Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine or competitive US universities, the relevant expertise can therefore be brought into the team as the application progresses.

Although students may work with several specialists, the application should still tell one consistent story.
The Strategy Lead maintains oversight of the process and helps ensure that advice across university selection, academic development, written applications, tests and interviews supports the same overall strategy.
